Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My router was replaced and I am now unable to make a wireless connection to the network.

I have tried everything.  In the past I used the the wireless setup wizard in the EWS but it is now locked and I've forgotten the username and password.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Restore network settings to default settings on the printer

Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

 

If you have a printer USB cable, connect it and Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection.
