Welcome to the HP English Community --

I do not have a valid (useful) template setup example of the 5126 -

The same size template -- Avery 5912 -- can perhaps serve as an example.

Reminder

Your DeskJet printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge - typical of the printer type.

---------------------------------

Margins

DeskJet printers, including this model, typically require a larger margin along the bottom edge.

If you rotate the print, the larger margin moves to the side.

Borderless PrintingNo
Print Margin Bottom (A4)12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)3 mm

There is no software, firmware, or alignment that changes the larger margin requirement.

The solution to "chopped off" is to keep all data inside of 1/2 inch / 12.7mm on the bottom edge.

This limitation includes all text, images, page numbers, footer information, cells, tables, lines, other notations, and all file types, too.

For example,

Create your original document with 1/2 inch margins.

When the document is Exported to PDF and printed, it has less chance of

---------------------------------

If you can manage to keep the text / art entries away from that 1/2 inch limitation, you might be able to use your printer to print this template.

Perhaps

Edit the margin in the Template document to increase the size of the bottom margin from 0 to 1/2 inch.

After the template is completed, save the content.

Next, Export the file to PDF and save.

Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader - Print
