how to reset Printer Administer Username and Password in LaserJet Pro M15W

I tried to connect wireless network with LaserJet Pro M15W.

When I clicked System or Networking tab at EWS, it asked me to input Printer Administer username and password. 

However, I don't know them. And I don't remember whether I changed them ago. 

Please let me know how to reset Printer Administer username and password and default username and password.

The location of the PIN on an HP printer can vary depending on the model. Here are some common places to look:

1. On a sticker: Many HP printers have a sticker on the back, bottom, or inside the cartridge access area with the PIN and other default credentials.
2. On the printer display: If your printer has a display, you can find the PIN under the wireless settings or WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) settings.
3. In the user manual: The PIN is often listed in the printer's user manual or documentation that came with the device

If admin (Admin) and 12345678 or the above PIN do not allow login, then get a network status printout or ask Microsoft's Copilot


For Wi-Fi direct printing there is no username, you just need the printers Wi-Fi password that comes from the network status printout.

For Wi-Fi all you need is to do a Wi-Fi reset and then connect using the router credentials or use Wi-Fi direct and avoid the router.

Simply my problem is to lose EWS username and password. 

The below linked page says 'restoring to factory-set defaults will not reset the EWS password. If you lost the EWS password, please contact HP Customer Support.'
