Hi, I read the replies to the same problem I'm having, but didn't see any solutions. Printer was working fine till about a week ago. The on/off button lights up but does not do anything. The screen freezes after the blue line reaches the end on the right. When i Lift the lid to get to the ink, noting moves like my other HP printers did. My Windows 10 PC does not recognizes the printer any more. I have it hard wired using a USB port to the computer (I tried different ports) and the scanner end on the printer. I've tried the HP Smart App, but it doesn't detect the printer.
