Hi i purchased my printer on the 20th november and i have tried to set this up online so i can purchase the monthly ink from HP. unfortunately i am unable to link the printer to HP as it says error with the web . i can still print from my phone and laptop which are both connected to my wifi. i think it is struggling to connect to HP . I have 7 days to activate my 4 month trial for ink . please can someone help would it be easier to just reset the printer and start from scratch ?
