Printer still doesn't connect to router.

Printer does not shut down and restart after setting factory defaults.
I select Restore Factory Defaults, answer Yes to do I really want to do this and almost immediately display indicates factory defaults restored.

This message persists until I manually restart printer.
Go to wireless setup, follow prompts, select my network, display shows trying to connect screen then get message that it could not connect.

This printer was previously connected to this router so I am stymied as to why it disconnected at all. There were no events like a power failure that may have precipitated this problem.

I appreciate your assistance with this.
