Product: HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Linux

Hi! Since changing our network provider and using a new router, our printer hasn't been able to connect to the wireless network. While it can detect the correct network, it can't connect to the network.
What we've tried (multiple times):

- entering the password - resulted in a time out and "unable to connect to network" error
- using wps - also resulted in "unable to connect to network" error

- manually adding the printer via entering the mac address through the router configuration interface - unable to connect (doesn't show as online)

- resetting the printer - no change

- connecting the printer to the router via ethernet: works, but is inconvenient due to the location of the router

Any tips on what we can do to connect the printer to the wireless?
