I have been using the printer software on my computer for 3 years with no issues.  However, today, when I double-clicked the printer icon, it wanted to me to connect a new device to my computer?  I went through the steps to do so, but at the 3rd step, I could not finish set up by activating.  I got a message saying "connection to internet has been lost?"
