Hello, Hp refuses to install Hpsmart for m'y wireless printer  your product is not compatible. My phone is à samsung js3  Android 5.1.1  & the same for my Samsung tablette.Somebody could help me? Thxs & have a nice day.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

To print from your Android OS 5.0 or later device to your printer you need to use the HP Print Service Plugin.
