I am trying to set up my new printer and it will not connect to my wifi. the fartherest I've gotten is the "preparing the printer" step where I get the neverending circle of doom on my phone. I've tried on my computer and didn't even get that far as well. Please help. I have reset the printer, the wifi and my phone and nothing has worked.

Restore the printer to the original network settings

On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.
