hp deskjet plus 4155
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

instant ink set up issues, I go through all the steps to set up my brand new hp desk jet plus 4155 , it says its connected to the internet and network and when I try to set up the instant ink program to get the three months free ( which has to be done with in 7 days of registering the printer) I get to the point of entering the printer code and it comes up with an error Oops looks like your not connected to the internet. I have been searching for a fix and getting rather frustrated,

I try setting up with pc and with my iphone and the hp app same issue with both.

Hi @Scarletfern,

I'd like to help!

Were you able to enroll in the instant ink service?

  1. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  2.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  3. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  4. Is the printer connected to a home or public network?

Let me know!
