Hi,

 

My HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479dw has worked fine for more as a year, until I recently noticed the iphones in the house can no longer find the printer anymore when trying to print.
As all other ways of printing (android, windows) work fine this must be an airprint problem. The airprint status is active according to printer settings.
After rebooting the printer, the connection works again and the iphones can see the printer and print. After a while (a day?) again the iphones won't find the printer anymore.

 

No error messages are visible on the printer.

Printer firmware is CLRWTRXXXN002.2428A.00 and set to auto-update

Printer network connection is wired to the home network, clients connect over Wifi.

The IP address of the printer can be pinged from the clients.
