Product: HP DeskJet 2652 All-in-One Printer

Hi I had to change my wifi to 5G and now I cannot get my wifi HP printer to connect to it HELP!!!

and yes I have tried unplugging it and rebutting my wifi as well and nothing but wifi button on the printer just keeps blinking, BUT I can use my phone to print.....WTH!!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I'd like to help!

 

The printers will not work on the 5ghz network. You need to change the network to 2.4 GHz for the printer to work.

 

Meanwhile, you can perform the steps from this document
