Welcome to the HP English Community --

True - HP Support rarely accepts out of Warranty hardware repair requests.

ePrint is software -- and  ePrint is old technology --

What?

Dragon Opinion

Even paying for a service call would likely not help for this.

eprint is always free, and, as mentioned, ePrint is old tech.

ePrint has always been "what you see is what you get".

The service is automated -- there are no techs monitoring individual jobs.

There are automatic tools in place to catch breaches, provide security, prevent misuse of the product, and report service issues to HP techs.

Beyond the simple "yes, submitted" or "no, failed" email we are sent after job submission, the pubic are not notified of job or service issues nor do we have a way to communicate with internal HP about ePrint service.

The little that can be done on your side involves enabling and working with Web Services -

Web Services connects the printer to the Internet.

True - Web Services control is only partly "on your printer and network" --

The majority of Web Services works is outside of your control.

Infrastructure, network, time and distance, HP server networks, and traffic all affect the effectiveness.
