Hi @mmesparza ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP DeskJet 2755e is having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, and the flashing lights indicate a potential error. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:
1. Check for a Wi-Fi Connection Reset:
- Power cycle the printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for 1-2 minutes, and plug it back in. Turn it on and check if the issue persists.
- Reset Wi-Fi on the printer: Press and hold the Wi-Fi button and the Cancel button at the same time for 3-5 seconds until the Power light starts blinking. This resets the network settings.
2. Reconfigure Wi-Fi on the HP Smart App:
- Open the HP Smart app on your Windows 11 PC.
- Click Add Printer if your printer is not already listed.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to reconfigure the printer's Wi-Fi connection. Make sure you are connecting it to the correct Wi-Fi network and entering the correct password.
3. Check Router Settings:
- Ensure your router is set to 2.4 GHz, as many HP printers don't support 5 GHz networks.
- Check if MAC address filtering is enabled on your router. If it is, add your printer’s MAC address to the allowed list.
4. Printer Hard Reset:
If the above steps don't work, you can perform a factory reset on the printer:
- Turn on the printer.
- Press and hold the Power and Cancel buttons at the same time until the power button blinks and the printer restarts.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
