my hp laptop and my hp 8135e printer are not communicating both are connected to same wifi both online. We tried to use non HP ink didn't work. bought HP ink installed still no luck. We have rebooted everything including the att gateway. Blue light on the printer is steady on, not flashing. printer confirms connection to internet. However when I open HP Smart the printer says offline.

2. Restart the Printer Spooler

- Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
- Type services.msc and press Enter.
- Scroll down and find Print Spooler.
- Right-click on Print Spooler and select Restart.
3. Check Printer Status in Devices and Printers
- In the Devices and Printers, check if the printer status is set to Offline.
- If so, right-click on it and select Use Printer Online.
4. Verify Wi-Fi Connection
Even if the blue light is on, verify the Wi-Fi connection:
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Network Settings.
- Ensure it says Connected and the IP address is displayed.
