2. Restart the Printer Spooler

Restarting the print spooler service can help in resolving communication issues:

  1. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type services.msc and press Enter.
  3. Scroll down and find Print Spooler.
  4. Right-click on Print Spooler and select Restart.

3. Check Printer Status in Devices and Printers

  1. In the Devices and Printers, check if the printer status is set to Offline.
  2. If so, right-click on it and select Use Printer Online.

4. Verify Wi-Fi Connection

Even if the blue light is on, verify the Wi-Fi connection:

  1. On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Network Settings.
  2. Ensure it says Connected and the IP address is displayed.

Hope this helps!
