The cyan cartridge ran out of ink. I replaced it with a new HP cartridge and it would not work afterwards. it only displays a Red X with the dialogue "Printer Failure:: "There is a problem with the printer or ink system" Then reset instructions to restart and  if no good to contact HP support.
