Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My HP Envy Photo 7155 is suddenly undiscoverable by my Macbook Pro Big Sur (v. 11.7.9), by my iPad Air (iOS 16.6.1), or by HP Smart which I downloaded last night.  It is also undiscoverable when I connect it to my Macbook with its cable.  I have tried the things suggested online, none work.  I have restarted my router, Macbook, printer.  The printer screen shows an HP logo with a row of seven small empty circles under it.  It fills in the first circle and stops.  I cannot turn the printer off with the on/off switch on the printer, only by unplugging it.
