Hi @sandrarueda,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 2752e All-In-One Printer is only printing wireless test prints and not responding to your print commands, you may need to troubleshoot the issue. Here are some steps you can follow to try and resolve the issue:

Check Connection:

  • Make sure that your printer is properly connected to your wireless network. Check if the Wi-Fi indicator on the printer is stable.
  • Ensure that the printer is within the range of your Wi-Fi network.

Restart Printer and Computer:

  • Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Restart your computer.

Check Print Queue:

  • Open the print queue on your computer to see if there are any pending print jobs.
  • Cancel any pending print jobs and try printing again.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure that you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can visit the official HP website to download and install the latest drivers.

Reinstall Printer:

  • Remove the printer from your computer and reinstall it. To do this, go to your computer's settings, find the printers section, and delete the existing printer. Then, add the printer again.

Check Printer Status:

  • On your computer, go to the Devices and Printers section.
  • Right-click on your printer and check if it is set as the default printer.

Printer Troubleshooter:

  • Many operating systems have built-in printer troubleshooters. Run the printer troubleshooter on your computer to identify and fix any issues.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Visit the official HP website to download and install any available updates.

Reset Wireless Settings:

  • On the printer, you can try resetting the wireless settings and then reconfigure the connection.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
