HP LaserJet Pro 200 color Printer M251nw

Printer will not connect to wifi, have tried all suggested methods of turning on and off devices.  Still will not connect to wifi and states that incorrect passphrase. Have no idea what the passphrase is.

Can someone please send me the prodedure and instructions to reset to factory defaults.  Printer works okay via USB.

This did not work.  Keeps asking for password when I click on service.

This did not work.  I keep getting messages to enter passphrase.  I do not have passphrase.  Need to have complete deletion of internal memory and a complete re program!

1. Click on this link -  https://support.hp.com/us-en

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
