HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer

This is the most user unfriendly Support site I have ever been on!!! My printer is new. I have only  made about 10 copies. There was a message on the screen about cartridges. Font is so small I could not read it. The printer shut down. I have tried almost all the Troubleshooting sites. I finally was told needed repair or replaced. When I clicked on the suggested site it looped back to the beginning.  I have worked on this for 2 days!  HELP!!

This is a new printer why should I have to buy anything.
