I understand your new HP LaserJet Pro 3002dw isn't connecting to Wi-Fi, here are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:
Check Network Settings:
- Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is working properly and that other devices can connect to it.
Printer Setup:
- On the printer's control panel, go to the network settings and select the Wi-Fi setup option. Choose your network and enter the correct Wi-Fi password.
Wi-Fi Signal:
- Make sure the printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router. Sometimes moving the printer closer to the router can help.
Restart Devices:
- Restart your printer, router, and computer. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
