Hello, my officejet pro 8610 will not connect to wifi. The error states that the wireless capabilities have been disabled and for me to contact my administrator or the person who setup my printer. I am the person tho. I have tried resetting the network defaults and resetting to factory default conditions and neither have done anything to solve this issue.
Can you please help?
Thanks,
Luke

We are having the same issue with our 8610 & our 8600 printers that are NOT being found by our computers whether via the internet or via as usb cord connection. Both printers are NOT printing neither from an HP computer nor the other from a Dell computer. Simultaneous issues. We've performed every possible check and no issues are named. Can someone please advise as to where and how we can resolve this frustrating issue.
