officejet pro 8710 wireless disabled, no options to enable it

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I accidently disabled to network / wireless settings during IT setup, and there are no options in any of the settings to enable it.  I cannot hit the arrow button 4 times, as most of the forums suggest;  Does anyone have a solution? Thank you!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you accidentally disabled wireless on the printer and unable to enable it again.


Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.


I recommend you press the wireless button on the printer, and it should enable the wireless on the printer.


If you continue facing the issue, then restore the network defaults on the printer.


Here is how it is done.


1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).

2. Touch Network Setup.

3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored.

4. Touch Yes.

5. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.
