Hi @2722ejjjjj

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

If your HP printer is showing as offline, here are some steps to bring it back online:

Restart Devices:

Turn off your printer, computer, and router.

Wait for a few seconds, then turn them back on. Ensure all devices are connected to the same network.

Check Printer Settings:

Open "Control Panel" > "Devices and Printers."

Right-click your printer and select "See what's printing."

Ensure "Use Printer Offline" is not checked.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/printer/printer-offline?form=MG0AV3 tool to diagnose and fix the issue.

Set Printer as Default:

Go to "Devices and Printers."

Right-click your printer and select "Set as default printer."

Check Network Connection:

Ensure the printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router.

Verify that the printer's wireless light is solid blue, indicating a stable connection.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:

Uninstall the printer from your computer and reinstall it using the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
