Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I believe you are trying to connect to the Wi-Fi network, and it's asking for password. To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Could you share the screen where it's asking for the password? 
  • What seems to be the exact issue with your HP Product today?
