Hi @tanphuong,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP printer is showing as offline despite being connected to the internet. Here are some steps you can try to fix the issue.
- Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless printer, make sure it's connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
- Restart Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
- Restart Computer: If your printer is connected directly to your computer, try restarting your computer as well. This can sometimes help refresh the connection.
- Check Printer Settings: Go to your computer's Control Panel or Settings and check the printer settings. Make sure the correct printer is selected as the default printer.
- Update Printer Drivers: Outdated or corrupted printer drivers can cause connectivity issues. Visit the HP website to download and install the latest drivers for your printer model.
- Check Printer Status: On your computer, open the printer queue to see if there are any pending print jobs or error messages. Clear any stuck print jobs and try printing again.
- Run Printer Troubleshooter: Most operating systems have built-in printer troubleshooters that can help diagnose and fix common issues. Run the troubleshooter to see if it can identify the problem.
- Reset Printer: If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting your printer to its factory settings. Refer to your printer's manual or the HP website for instructions on how to do this.
By following these steps, you should hopefully be able to resolve the offline printing issue with your HP printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
