Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can anyone tell me what to do if I get printer error message C4EB8024. I tried getting help from HP but I keep getting virtual help which is not helping. I was going to print something & when I touched the window panel it went blue & displayed the message C4EB8024, the power symbol & the display options are blinking.  I already completely disconnected the printer all night & the next morning when I connected back it still has the same message.
