Please help me to contact a sensible person. I have a HP printer, subscribe to instant ink and now I've received a message telling me a payment was not made and to start a new contract. I've checked with my credit card and payment was made. I don't want to make a double payment. My printer has been disabled at a time when I needed to print important documents. I have paid for the printer, I've paid for the ink and expect to have the use of the printer and the ink, especially as I have paid considerable more than buying the ink from a stationer
