Are you using the HP Smart app on your phone to print?
Check if the printer is connected to the phone on the same wireless network.
If the printer is not connected, refer to this document to know how to connect the printer to the network.
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the phone.
Try printing. Refer to this document to know how to print via HP Smart app.
If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app.
