printer off line.

HP Recommended

My lazor jet,m M180, ser # [personal info removed], PRODUCT #T6B74A. Tried to primt….pop up said it was off-line. This has happened before. I followed instructions as before on the reboot. Still does not print. Same message. My internet is working otherwise. Need help from a tech

I'd like to help!

 

To assist better -

  1. I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  2. Is the printer connected to a home or public network?
  3. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  4. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
