I would like to help

 

Do you have the login credentials to your new Network? Like Network Name and Password?

 

Also please note that this printer only connects to 2.4 GHz Network and if your new Router or connection is Dual Band, contact your ISP and ensure they created 2 different SSID for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.

 

Then you can connect your printer to the 2.4 GHz even though your other devices are connected to the 5 GHz
