HP Smart Tank 795 All-in-One

My printer is often "Offline".  Diagnostics by HP SMart are no help.  Online guidance also rarely succeeds - last was to  changed my WirelessLAN service to automatic from manual.   My PC is plugged in to the Microsoft Hub, which is plugged-in to a wireless router.  HP Printer is connected to my home network via wifi.  This is usually not a problem.

I had already tied those suggestions.  The difference may have been using WPS connection, and choosing the "check" mark after the printer found my network.  I thought the check mark was a signal, not a button for confirmation.

Installing what in another location?  I don't know what you are suggesting.

Please try installing in another location for testing purposes only.

Install on another computer or another network.

This way we can check if the problem is with the printer or the installation location.
