printer ?stays on

Good morning,afternoon , evening. 

i have and hp 7858 envy photo printer. the question ? mark. came on.  i have no idea how to fix it or why it is on. i looked for updates, i have unplug it from the wall for about 5 min. and it came back

Hi,

no reason to fix, this is expected.

 

The ? light indicates the Help menu and lits on any screen to access the Help menu for your current operation.

 

You may find the below document, the Help menu should always be visible by design:
