Hi @dmat13,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer has stopped accepting print jobs from your Windows 11 PC, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Check Printer Connection: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your Windows 11 PC. If you're using a USB connection, make sure the cable is securely plugged into both the printer and your computer. If you're using a network connection, ensure that both the printer and your PC are connected to the same network and that the printer's network settings are correct.

Restart Devices: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve communication issues between your printer and PC. Try restarting both your printer and your Windows 11 PC and see if that resolves the problem.

Update Printer Drivers/Firmware: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your Windows 11 PC. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause printing issues. You can download the latest drivers from the HP website or use the Windows Update feature to check for driver updates. Click here

Check Printer Status: Check the status of your printer to ensure there are no error messages or warnings displayed on the printer's control panel. If there are any issues reported, try to resolve them accordingly.

Printer Troubleshooter: Windows 11 includes a built-in printer troubleshooter that can help diagnose and fix common printing problems. You can access it by going to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Printer, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Check Printer Queue: Check the print queue on your Windows 11 PC to see if there are any pending print jobs or if there are any stuck print jobs that need to be cleared. Sometimes, clearing the print queue can resolve printing issues.

Firewall and Antivirus: Ensure that your firewall or antivirus software is not blocking communication between your printer and PC. Temporarily disable them and try printing again to see if that resolves the issue.

Reinstall Printer: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer on your Windows 11 PC. To do this, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners, select your printer, and then click on Remove device. Afterward, reinstall the printer using the Add a printer or scanner option.

If the issue persists after trying these troubleshooting steps, you may need to contact HP phone support for further assistance, especially if the problem seems to be related to the printer hardware.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
