Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

BONJOUR J'AI UNE HP INK TANK WIRELESS 415....mon problème est le suivant...elle connectée sur le même réseau que le pc et connectée  avec usb.....tout marche ....mais si je ne l'utilise pas pour un court lapse de temps et j'envoie un fichier en impression elle n'imprime pas....sur hp smart elle ne montre pas le mot prêt...alors je suis obligé d'enlever et remettre le câble de tension a chaque fois ....si je la redémarre avec le bouton de tension ça ne marche pas non plus et la fenêtre d'impression montre impression en cours mais rien ne se passe...la seule solution est le câble de tension...
