Hi @ApostleGx,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error message you're seeing is related to a problem with the printhead of your HP printer. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, and wait a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on again. This can sometimes help reset the printer and clear the error.
  • Check to make sure the printhead is installed correctly. Open the printer cover and locate the printhead. Make sure it's properly seated and secured in its holder.
  • Clean the printhead. Over time, printheads can become clogged with dried ink, which can cause errors. Follow the instructions in your printer manual to clean the printhead.
  • Replace the printhead. If the printhead is damaged or malfunctioning, it may need to be replaced. Check your printer manual or HP's website for information on how to order a replacement printhead.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
