Hi everyone,

I've changed my wifi network and I don't succeed to set the new wifi network on the printer.

Do I need a way to reset the printer?

Can you help me please?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Here are the steps to reset the networks settings on the Printer:

 

Press wireless button over 20s, until wireless LED button, attention LED and power button LED start blinking, then release wireless button. Before restore network setting, click 'X' button or any other button to wake up printer first.

 

Once done, try connecting the Printer again.
