Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer

Been using this system for years but recently not been able to use Microsoft Edge to login to check my usage.  In a bloody loop going round to sign in and out again.  Moved to Firefox just for this, still gives me stuck in a loop from time to time but usually I get in.  If everything suddenly stops working for me then what do you lot use so I don't get unable to contact them at all?
