1. Check Network Details
- Verify Network Name and Password:
- Ensure that you have the correct SSID (network name) and password for your T-Mobile network.
- Make sure your network is operating on a compatible frequency band (2.4 GHz is commonly supported by most printers).
2. Restart Devices
Power Cycle Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for 60 seconds, plug it back in, and turn it on.
Restart Router:
- Unplug your router from the power source, wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and wait for it to fully restart.
Restart Computer or Mobile Device:
- Restart the device you’re using to set up the printer.
3. Connect Printer to Network
Using the Printer’s Control Panel:
Access Wireless Setup:
- On the printer’s control panel, press the Wireless icon or navigate to the Setup menu, then select Wireless Settings or Network Setup.
Select Wireless Network:
- Choose the option to set up a wireless connection. Select Wireless Setup Wizard or a similar option.
