My printer does support webservices. I am trying to sign up for instaInk.

I am unable to enable web services. I was told by tech support after troubleshooting that I needed to contact my ISP to open ports. My ISP informed me that there are no blocked ports for my service. I checked my router and there are no blocked ports. I did a search online and found https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03419426 which provides instructions to open ports in windows firewall necessary for web services. I followed the instructions and opened ports listed. Web services and e-print still do not work. I manually printed the printer claim code and tried to enter that in my instaink account but it was not recognized because web services is not enabled.

Additionally, I have tried the instructions at https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05337026.

I also tried HP Print and Scan Doctor.

Please help me enable HP webservices so I can use Instaink services.
