ve an issue with my printer for which HP have given me a case number but what do I do

HP Recommended
Officejet Pro 8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an issue with my printer not connecting to the instant ink service. I have a case number for this problem but am unable to contact customer support. Any advice please
