Hi @Kate1976,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

There could be several reasons why your HP printer isn't printing even though it's connected to the internet and has full ink cartridges. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Check Printer Connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer or network. Sometimes a loose connection can prevent printing.
  • Restart Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for a few minutes, and then turn it back on. This can often resolve minor issues.
  • Restart Computer/Device: If your printer is connected to a computer, try restarting the computer or device it's connected to. Sometimes a simple reboot can fix connectivity issues.
  • Update Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest drivers for your printer installed on your computer. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause printing problems.
  • Check Print Queue: If there are any pending print jobs in the print queue, try clearing them out and then try printing again.
  • Check Printer Settings: Ensure that the printer is set as the default printer on your computer and that it's not set to offline mode.
  • Wireless Connection: Even though your wireless connection is good, try disconnecting and reconnecting the printer to the wireless network. Sometimes re-establishing the connection can help.
  • Reset Printer: Many HP printers have a reset option in their settings menu. You can try resetting the printer to its factory defaults and then reconfigure it.
  • Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. HP often releases firmware updates to fix bugs and improve performance.
  • Hardware Issues: If none of the above steps work, there might be a hardware issue with the printer itself.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
