I understand your HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer, if it's not connecting to Wi-Fi, here are some steps you can try:
 

Restart Devices:

  • Power off your printer, router, and computer.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds, then power them back on.

Check Wi-Fi Network:

  • Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is working properly and that other devices can connect to it.

Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi:

  • On the printer's control panel, go to the Setup menu.
  • Select Network Setup or Wireless Settings.
  • Choose Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect your printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer 

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer. You can usually do this via the HP Smart app or by visiting the HP website.

Check Printer's IP Address:

  • Make sure the printer's IP address is within the range of your network. You can find this on the printer's control panel under the network settings.

Reset Network Settings:

  • On the printer, navigate to the Network Settings or Wireless Settings menu and select Restore Network Settings. Then, try reconnecting to Wi-Fi.

Reinstall Printer:

  • Remove the printer from your devices list on your computer and reinstall it using the HP Smart app or by downloading the latest drivers from the HP website.

Check Router Settings:

  • Ensure that your router's security settings are compatible with the printer. Some routers have settings that may prevent new devices from connecting.
