I changed the black cartridge on 9/3/21 and it worked fine until 9/23. Suddenly, without doing anything different, I got a "cartridge problem" message. I followed the suggested solution to remove the cartridge and reinstalled them. I also followed the virtual assistant's suggestion to wipe the orange tape on the cartridges with distilled water, dried them for 10 minutes and reinstalled them. Nothing worked. If this problem is not solved, someone suggested getting a cord to connect the printer to the computer. What should I do?
