Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I recently updated my internet. every computer, phone, tablet... reconnected immediately with the wireless except for the HP printer. we have tried everything but the printer simply cannot find our wireless source. it finds others in the neighbourhood but not ours. can someone help, please.

Hi,

the printer only supports a 2.4GHz wireless band.

 

Please contact your router service provider and ensure your router is set to broadcast a 2.4 GHz wireless frequency with a unique SSID (Network name) and not the same name used for a 5GHz wireless band, then the printer should see and connect the supported wireless band.
