Hi @Stravaiger5923,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print completely on 10 x 15 cm photo paper from your HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if the firmware is not updated.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link to update the firmware: Firmware Update

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.

No error message received and firmware is up to date and printing still does not complete and 5 x7 photo paper does not eject properly. Printing of letters and envelopes is fine.

Hi @Stravaiger5923,

Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that the issue still persists after following the steps provided in the previous interaction.

This issue could occur if the rollers are not clean or the print settings are not correct.

Please follow the link to check the print settings: Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows)

You may also check the link for printing photos from the link: Printing Photos (Windows)

Let me know if this works.

You have a good day ahead.
