Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Won't  print in color from Microsoft apps since uploading Office 2016 . Will COPY in color.

Hey there! @4Hockey6, Welcome to HP forums.

 

I understand you have issues printing in color from Microsoft applications from your printer.

 

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

Are you able to print in color from a different application?

 

Please try the steps recommended below.

 

Open Microsoft work Click Print,
Select Printer Properties,
Select Paper/Quality tab,
Click Advanced,
Select Print Grayscale Off
Click Apply then OK
 
Now check if you are able to print in color.

 

If the issue still persists, uninstall the printer software from your PC and install the latest printer drivers and check if it helps.

 

Please update the printer software using this link.
