6600 extra page printing from apple products

Ok so here's the skinny.

I can print to the printer from iPads and iPhones.

But when I print an extra page prints after. It's blank, but it happens only when I print from my apple devices.

Also another problem is when the printer is in sleep mode or whatever. The iPad can't wake it up. Is there a way to turn off the power saving features so it always shows up when I want to print from apple mobile products?

Re: 6600 extra page printing from apple products

I'm running into the same thing on three HP OfficeJet 6700's.

Extra page prints immediately following the print job.

No way to control this.

This only happens from iPhone and iPad. Other device's print jobs print only the pages selected.

Hi janbausch. How are you printing? What are you printing? Can you print from another device or can you print other content that prints as you would expect it to print?

Re: 6600 extra page printing from apple products

My printer is the B210 model. Often when I print articles or confirmation or orders/reservations I get the second page printed that maybe blank or just a line from the company/sender. I would like to be able to adjust the print app to allow it to print just the FIRST page. Can this been done? And how do it configure it?? Thanks

Re: 6600 extra page printing from apple products

Thanks for the fast response janbausch. How are you printing? What are you clicking on to start the printer and from what program? If you are using Airprint, I'm not sure you can control many options about the print other than number of copies. If you are using Eprint you can usually select a page range.
