I have tried everything and unable to connect to webservices.  Looks like this a common problem and myself and others have been unable to resolve.  Thank you.

Hi,

You need new firmware for it. Please download and install the following firmware:

   http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ps7520/PS_7520_R1607A.exe

Note: You may need to use a Windows computer to apply firmware because no equivalent version for iOS or you have to work out how to run exe file under iOS.

I did the update on a windows computer and get the error message of: Unable to connect to Web Services.  Confirm internet access and try again or enter a proxy address.  This is really frustrating as I need to scan documents to employees.  Please advise.
